We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

The following items are non-returnable:
Custom or personalized items
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Package the item securely, including a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation.
Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
